Here is a photo of a tranquil summer sunrise from a few days ago!
Most of the day today, it looked like it was about to rain. But it saved it all up for shining moment of torrential rain and wind! Lifted up the canopy on the deck, including the flower pots filled with concrete that we had weighted it down with, turned it over on top of the umbrella over the picnic table, and totally destroyed both! Hugh was under the deck at the time, and one of those heavy concrete-filled flower pots actually came flying over the railing and was dangling there!
